Endemol´s management team has set an impressive strategic, creative and financial track record and established a strong platform to successfully execute its strategy of future profitable growth. Consequently to maintain independence, it is our plan that Endemol and its central and local management remain strategically and operationally independent from the investors.
The consortium is working on the new governance structure for the future, that would allow us to play a role as investors and at the same time allow Endemol’s management to continue delivering the growth that has characterised the company up to now.
